2016 High School Open

When: March 19, 2016
Where: Ross Barnett-Tommy’s Landing
Entry Fee: $60 per boat

Must be a SAF member ($25 membership fee)
Tournament is open to any High School angler 9th – 12th grade

Tournament Rules and Regulations:
Must have a console steering and aerated live well. Must supply your own boat and boat captain. Boat Captain must be 18 years or older. May have 2 (two) participants in boat. This is a team event, each team fishes for 5 (five) fish limit. Must be 12 inches in length. Anglers do not have to be from same school.

Pay out will be one place per five boats, up to 10 places, plus Big Fish.

We will have a meeting March 18, 2016 at 6pm for the youth championship and the high school open tournament. Meeting will be held at the Bass Pro Shop in Pearl, MS. We will meet in the back room at Uncle Buck’s restaurant. Please come to eat and support the restaurant as they are giving us their support.

2016 Youth State Championship

When: March 19, 2016-01-28
Where: Ross Barnett-Tommy’s Landing
Entry Fee: $45 (includes $25 TBF Junior Membership)

Ages 11-15
(Must be 11 or 15 years old on or before August 31, 2016)

Winner will represent Mississippi at the Junior World Championship August 4th-6th, 2016 during the FLW Cup in Huntsville, AL

Tournament Rules and Regulations:
Must have a console steering and aerated live well. Must supply your own boat and boat captain. Boat captain must be 18 years or older.
May have 2 (two) participants in boat. Each child fishes for their own 5 (five) fish limit, must be 12 inches in length.

The Mississippi Bass Federation Youth State Championship will be June 20, 2015
at Raleigh Ryan Boat Landing.  $25.00 youth membership and a $20.00 entry.
Age group is 11 to 15.

We will also be holding a High School open both anglers must be a SAF member
which is $25.00 each and a $50.00 entry.

2015 Mississippi Bass Federation State Tournament

Event Information

Rosters – Mailed to Terry Arnsdorff 295 Co Rd 4701 Meridian MS 39301 or Edwin Gregory 60063 Seminole Rd Smithville MS 38870 must be received by March 7^th 2015.  We will have a meeting at the host hotel on March 8, 2015, 11:00 am for those whose want to turn in their paperwork – meeting not mandatory.  Include roster, insurance sheet, motel listing, ads & money in packages.  You may still send as many as you can. Need to be in pairs of two. Let us know if you need help with odd number.

$110.00 per boater. $60.00 per no boater. $100.00 in ad book sales per club.  

Team Competition is back.  Side deal $10.00 per team of six. You split your own rosters to teams of six. No limit on teams per club. You will have a roster for each team of six.  1^st , 2^nd, 3^rd, place teams awarded with money and plaques.  Add $10.00 per team to roster. Not Mandatory.

Cut off begins at midnight March 15, until midnight March 24, 2015 Aberdeen Lake Only.
