      Event Information  May 21-22, 2021

 Rosters – Mailed to Edwin Gregory 60063 Seminole Rd Smithville MS 38870 must be received by May 1, 2021.  We will have a meeting at the Columbus East Bank Boat Landing on May 2, 2021, 11:00 am for those whose want to turn in their paperwork – meeting not mandatory.  Include roster, liability waiver, motel listing, ads & money in packages.  You may still send as many as you can. Must be in pairs  of two. Let us know if you need help with odd number.

$150.00 per boater  $100.00 per co-angler.  $100.00 in ad book sales   

2021 MS STATE TEAM (top 6 boaters and top 6 co-anglers plus clubs can send 2 from their club, if their club participates in the state tournament) FROM THE MS STATE CHAMPIONSHIP AT COLUMBUS MS WILL REPRESENT MS AT THE DIST 4 AL/MS SEMI FINALS OCTOBER 16-17, 2021.

Cut off begins at midnight May 9, 2021 until midnight May 18, 2021 Columbus Lake Only.

 Launch Site and Weigh-In Site:  Columbus Marina 295 Marina Drive Columbus, MS 39705.

Take off will begin at safe light. 1^st Flight weigh in will begin at 3:00pm. 2^nd Flight 3:15pm and etc.

The 2020 MS High School State Championship was held on May 30th at Back Bay Biloxi River in D’Iberville, MS. It was a tough day of fishing with warm weather and bluebird skies.

In 4th place was Blake Duncan and Landon McMellon with five bass weighing 6.75. Eli Hughey and Jonathan Williams took 5th place with five bass weighing 6.00

Entry fee is $150.00 per boater & $100.00 per co angler. $100.00 in ad book sales per club.
Must be a MS TBF Member. MS TBF member dues $70.00.

PAYOUT – WE WILL BE PAYING 1ST THRU 12TH PLACES BOATER AND 1ST THRU 12TH PLACES CO-ANGLER.

Refreshments will be served. Performance Marine will be available in case of brake down during practice days and the tournament (Wednesday – Saturday).

The 2019 MS TBF Junior State Championship was held on June 29, 2019 on Fulton Pool on The Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway at Jamie Whitten Center, Fulton MS.  It was a very hot day for the eight teams and boat captains.

Drew Gideon and Blake Duncan brought in five bass weighing 14.56 pounds with big fish of the day weighing 4.32 pounds to be crowned the 2019 MS TBF Junior State Champions.

Coming in second place was Ayden Gideon and Andrew Stoddard with five fish weighing 11.85 pounds.  Third place went to Wren Wood and Luke Johnson with five fish weighing 10.13 pounds.  Fourth place went to Mollie Brown and Dax Lewis with five fish weighing 9.32 pounds.  Fifth place went to Ty Goff and Nate Vice with five fish weighing 6.21 pounds.  Sixth place went to Grayson Grantham and William Ellis with five fish weighing 5.91 pounds.  Seventh place went to Joel Hyatt and Trevor Hyatt with five fish weighing 5.51 pounds. Eighth place went to Cannon Wilson and Colby Wilson with on fish weighing .90 pounds.

The Top team of Drew Gideon and Blake Duncan will represent Mississippi at the 2019 Junior World Championship to be held August 7-10, 2019 on the Arkansas River at North Little Rock, Arkansas.
